Have you ever had one of those days when you just need a good laugh. Well if watching people slip, trip, face plant, flip and do all kinds of crazy acrobatics as they make their way through a giant obstacle course than Wipeout in HD on ABC is the show for you. My children won't miss an episode, every Wendesday night they anxiously await the next episode, and if there is some reason why they cannot watch it they have us DVR the episode.
24 contestants compete in an extreme obstacle course designed for the contestants to take some major spills, bad bounces and major wipeouts. The 24 contestants are competing for a $50,000 grand prize and to be named "Wipeout Champion". The hosts of the show John Henson ( E! Entertainment's Talk Soup) and John Anderson ( ESPN's Sportscenter) bring even more humor to the show with their witty statements during the wipeouts.
The Big Balls obstacle is by far my family's favorite obstacle, though my husband says he wants to just shoot down their water slide just for the fun of it. However the Big Ball obstacle as co host Jill Wagner says it best, " No matter how many times you see someone wipeout on the big balls it just never gets old." I have seen over a hundred wipeouts on the big balls and she is right it never gets old I laugh every time.
